EDEN 100.9.16 — Test report

- Scope: full project package based on EDEN 100.9.15.
- Challenge creation: the 29-column INSERT is checked against a preflight migration map before the transaction. Missing columns are reconciled with chEnsureColumn(); the required column set is then verified through INFORMATION_SCHEMA before the PDO INSERT prepare call.
- Schema migration is performed before beginTransaction() because MySQL DDL may implicitly commit an open transaction.
- Runtime diagnostics: if a column cannot be added, schema preparation reports the missing columns before attempting the business transaction.
- PHP syntax, archive integrity, archive root layout, and update manifest are validated during packaging.

Limitations: production MySQL/cPanel migration and live Telegram challenge creation were not run in this workspace. The shared stack trace omitted the PDO exception message, so the exact missing column cannot be established from the trace alone; the migration now covers all columns referenced by the creation INSERT, including columns not previously guaranteed when the schema-ready marker already existed.
