EDEN 100.3.176 — Static validation report

Changes:
- Global ban requests now require primary-owner approval and are stored in eden_moderation_pending.
- Owner can select active managed groups as ban/unban targets; requests are available from the moderation inbox in the owner system menu.
- Unban requests use the same approval flow.
- Timed mute and unmute commands are handled in group messages.
- Added moderation.manage to admin permission controls.
- User-facing confirmation messages are posted in the source group.

Static checks:
- PHP syntax check: all 75 PHP files passed.
- update.json paths: 148 entries, no missing paths, no duplicates.
- ZIP integrity: checked separately with unzip -t.

Limitations:
- No live Telegram API or production database test was run.
- Bot must have restrict-member permissions in each target group for mute/ban/unban operations.
- Telegram channels do not support banning members via Bot API; target selection therefore includes registered groups and supergroups only.
- A member's username must be known to the bot database for username-based resolution; replying to their message or using their numeric ID is the reliable option.
